  • Media (Photos & Notes): Timestamped photographs and text notes submitted during visits.
  • Account Information: Names, Agent IDs, Email Addresses, and Role assignments.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is strictly used for operational purposes, specifically:

  • Verifying agent attendance and operational compliance at client locations.
  • Generating detailed, transparent campaign reports for our corporate Clients.
  • Processing payroll and validating agent expenses.
  • Ensuring the security and integrity of the FieldForce platform.

3. Data Sharing & Security

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. Data is only shared in the following contexts:

  • Corporate Clients: Clients have restricted access to view photos, notes, and visit durations strictly related to their specific contracted campaigns.
  • Service Providers: We use enterprise-grade cloud providers (Supabase and Vercel) to host our infrastructure. These providers adhere to strict SOC2 and ISO 27001 security standards, utilizing AES-256 encryption for data at rest.

4. Data Retention Policy

In compliance with the JDPA's data minimization principles, we only retain personal data for as long as is strictly necessary to fulfill the operational, reporting, and legal purposes outlined above. Campaign data (including photos and GPS logs) may be archived or securely deleted after the campaign reporting lifecycle has concluded, unless legally required to be maintained for audit or financial compliance.
